i know there are rumors of a television series based on George R.R. Martins 'Song of Ice and Fire' series. does this have anything to do with that?

Is he EVER going to finish writing the rest of that damn series?!? That last book was a huge disappointment.

Song of Ice and Fire by by George RR Martin will be an HBO series. So, it will be good.

yeah, uhhh he really needs to jump on it. i hear the next one will be out this fall/winter. its a good series, but he is ridiculously slack on getting them out. and if he kills anymore starks, imma be pissssed.

Re Robert Jordan - Don't know if you already know but Mrs Jordan chose another writer Brandon Sanderson to complete the final Wheel of Time book using Mr Jordan's notes - it's called 'A Memory of Light'.

Just read an update on Robert Jordan's new book - it's now going to be split into at least two probably three volumes - one coming out in November 2009 and the others probably 2010 and 2011! I wish his wife would just publish his notes - I just want to know what happens to Rand!

Im not surprised their going to split the book i did think one last book would be to short to finish it ...( the last 6 were too many ...believe me i know)
