Doesn't this film already exist?

Just seen this, and it isn't half bad for a "made for TV" film. The plot fell a bit flat as they never managed to create the dramatic tension that would have been possible. And the acting was third rate every time two or more actors had to play with or against each other (which is 99% of the time). There just was no chemistry between any of those characters ever (except some of the scenes Tom Wisdom and John Rhys-Davies had together).
That said, the dragons looked fantastic IMO and I'm always happy to see John Rhys-Davies and Amy Acker, even though the latter was somehow miscast in this film.

What I am actually surprised about is how similar the premise and some of the major plot points are to the 2004 film Dragon Storm, funnily enough also starring John Rhys-Davies. Ignoring individual scenes and twists, it feels like the films are 80% or 90% identical.
Anyone seen Dragon Storm?
