she's never been my cup of tea, but she does look good in this film. i'm not sure about the plastic surgery though; i don't keep tabs on celebs' trips to Dr. tit, but whether she has or not, she still looks good. the best she's ever looked in my opinion.

I don't see it. I have always thought she was one of the worst looking women to work in Hollywood. Not once have I seen her and thought she looked good and I can usually say that somebody at least looks good once. Heck even Drew Barrymore was pretty in Poison Ivy. Not that I'm the biggest fan of redheads, but I think Isla Fisher, Alyson Hannigan, Marcia Cross, and Dina Meyer are beautiful, but Julia just doesn't cut it

You're dreaming or working for her agent, she is way too heavy in this movie. If she is to make a come back in the movies she really should get down to the weight she was when younger.

For someone that has based their whole career on their looks they really need to maintain them. She certainly isn't a talented actress.

She needs a good fake tan to cover the blemishes and to lose a quite a few pounds.

after reading all these posts in this thread, I have to say that you guys have way too high of standards when it comes to women. Either you are dating supermodels (which you most likely are NOT), or you're all gay (I mean that, not joking).

Remember that people always look much better in person than they do on film. The camera really does add weight for example. My parents got to meet Jeri Ryan in person like 10 years ago and said she looks like a twig compared to in her film and TV roles (where she looks normal).

I think Julia's a piece of ass myself, and she's at least 15 years older than me.

I recently watched Notting Hill and could barely stand to see her on screen: her wooden acting, her overly large mouth and her awkward, unpleasant body. She is highly overrated. All could be forgiven if she could act but she's only really acted in one movie, for which she won the academy award.

Here goes Roberts again! I just saw the trailer for Duplicity - same old, same old; she uses the same stupid big laugh that serves Julia Roberts, not the character she is playing; (I am Julia Roberts, I can do anything and the public will still love me, so I will do all my Julia Roberts mannerisms in every character I play because I can't act, so if I act like me, they will like me, not the character I am playing!) I am so nauseated from this kind of acting! I get nose scrunching and long sweater sleeves that go over my hands from Meg Ryan, I get a 15-second grin from Tom Cruise, I get the speed speaking and same hair from Jennifer Aniston, I get the Valley girl speech pattern from Drew Barrymore; you guys are getting it now. I just can't see a movie with them in it anymore. I used to pay good money to see movies, but no more. I haven't been to the theater since Die Another Day. I refuse to pay to watch Julia Roberts be Julia Roberts, Meg Ryan be Meg Ryan, etc., etc., etc. Whew. That feels better.
