That luxury hotel where Ray and his partner in crime are staying a few days (they are following some trail about a genius student who tends to spend all his money on the cardtable) and where Clair also ends up... is that the same hotel where this Woody Harrelson character is staying in 'After the Sunset'?

I don't know about anything about where close-ups, or interiors, were shot but the exterior is the same.
In the film they do mention that it's in the Bahamas, too.

I actually thought it was the Atlantis on the Palm Jumeirah in Dubai. Its the exact same design and I dint know there was already one in the Bahamas. Lol..and there I was trying to figure out why all the hotel staff were black....

Actually, I'd like to correct myself. Outside the Atlantis Bahamas, inside The ONe & Only.
Atlantis in Dubai is slightly different than the Bahamas one (I kno, since I live in front of it).
And the US Consulate General in Dubai is not in a nice villa like in the movie, but in a skyscraper (World Trade Center).
lol. I live in Jumeirah as well... but I have only visited the Palm a couple of times. The outside shots of the Atlantis Bahamas were fleeting so I just assumed it was the one in Dubai. Never knew there was already one built before it.
