Loose Ends?

I'm on Omega, so maybe my questions will be answered by the end of the first season...

1. Who keeps contacting Ballard from inside the dollhouse using the dolls? It's alluded to in several episodes, but they never say who it was. I think I recall that Dominic was implied...but he didn't really have any reason to do it since he had contacts in other government agencies and didn't need Ballard.

2. Who left the chip in the chair that started the whole breach of security? Was that Dominic? It's never explicitly said, and I don't recall it being referred to again at any point.

3. Am I correct in thinking that Alpha can change his personalities at will? It seems that when Ballard meets him the first time, Alpha (as Kepler) is very meek and pacifistic. I didn't see anything that triggered him into changing into Alpha when they were in the Dollhouse. It seems like he can change at will depending on his needs.

1) Dominick and I think Alpha were both sending Paul messages.

2) Not sure which episode this is since there are so many security breaches in the Dollhouse. Lol

3) Yes, and no. He still glitches occassionally in Omega but he seems to get the hang of it later on.

Can't stop the signal.

The person who sent the messages to Ballard was someone who wanted the dollhouse to fall. It could not have been Dominick because he specifically said that he was not sent to bring the house down.
