not gonna go into details, all i need to say is i'm a fan of his stand up and this was a complete waiste of time. unfunny jokes, recycled jokes and he actually makes a point of saying he is not gonna re-use old jokes in the middle of the stand-up, then goes into 30 minute bitch *beep* skit, exactly the same as in Kat Williams Live.

if you do decide to watch it, do yourself a favor and skip the 1st half hour of this. the actuall show doesn't start till then, and the whole set-up prior to it is *beep* awful.

Damn... I said almost the same thing, on his board in here, as you demens-1. Anyhow, I'm glad I saw it for free as I'd be more disappointed if I had paid for it. Bad thing for me too was I had watched some stuff via YouTube and Myspace vids just prior to this release, so even more was recycled to me. So noting... I do realize that not everyone has seen him live, on tv and/or the big screen. So.... more jokes for them I guess. (shrugs shoulders) I was just saddened to see that he didn't take in account that this is 2007 and a whole lot has happened that he could have given new material for this renamed work. I found vids where he, seemingly, performed this material but the background props had Pimp Chronicles 2. Not sure why the name change but the material should have changed with it, no doubt.

Not taking ANYTHING out of his pockets nor mouth as he IS a comedic force to be reckoned with. I've watched him via Comics Unleashed, BET this and that, and various net sources. Until some new material comes... "I'll wait!!"

BTW - I love his (on and off) lisp for some reason. It's kinda sexy!!

You sound like a HATER! One of Katt's funniest lines in this movie is that "HATER'S HATE GOOD S*$T" This is one of the best stand up comedies I've ever seen. I'm a huge fan of all his work, have seen this live as well as in one of the screenings in LA at the House of Blues. Too bad you didn't see it with a real audience, because then you'd understand just how much people love and laughed with the movie. Sounds like you should do yourself a favor and stop being such a HATER.

Unsure if you are speaking to me or not lakelolita but why is that when an opinion or commentary is made on something, said person becomes a "hater"? I never said I "hated" anything about the DVD nor KW. I am merely laying down observation(s) on this new release that did not contain much new material. It's an opinion just like you the "huge fan" has laid down yours. I dare not call you a fanatic nor groupie as that's not what this board is for, it's for open and hopefully mature discussion. Learn to be able to distinguish between what is a "hater" and what is "mature and open discussion" and just maybe you can save yourself a whole heap of unnecessary typing.

If I had seen it with an audience or not does have a thing to do with what OTHER people "love" and "laughed". I am that same individual who would have surely recognized the jokes LIVE just as I did on this at home viewed performance. It does not discount the fact that KW did not have much new material for a brand new 2007 DVD, nuff said.

So,sounds like you should do yourself a favor and ALLOW ME!!

haha well spoken or typed I should say Lady! The dvd could of been better with new material he didnt even touch on the topic of Katrina which I would of loved. Also I would of like more pop culture stuff about celebs and what not.

Ahaaaa txaggie195, I would have liked the last sentence as for some newer material as well. I have a bit where he did speak on Katrina via BET or DEF Jam one. It'll be on his board though.

Hater's hate is originally from pimp chronicles vol 1.... that's why we're saying it's recycled material. Vol 1 is where it's at... This one just didn't do enough new material.
