Bad Rip Off of Heat,

except Heat was at least realistic while the action in this movie was like Star Wars or a Kung Fu movie. They even ended at an airport as well as involved an armored car heist.

What are they doing? Why do they come here?
Some kind of instinct, memory, what they used to do.

They were definitely using Heat as the main template. Big ensemble cast and the key plot points that you've already mentioned. More than anything else though, this film lacked a Michael Mann calling the shots.🐭
