Actual conflict resolution!

I finally saw this on 4/12/20, and while all Hallmark movies have little things one can nit-pick over (such as Cleo's cooking scenes with her long hair down), this one was really good and a lot of fun!

One of the best parts of this movie was the two protagonists actually TALKING their way through the inevitable conflicts. In most Hallmark movies, a great disappointment or misunderstanding arises not long after the couple experiences the initial spark of attraction. After 30-45 minutes of refusing to talk about it and bitter resentment, something finally happens where they have to face one another and communicate. Only then do they realize they've overreacted, and that the one they love deserves a little grace and forgiveness. In You're Bacon Me Crazy, two different conflicts are overcome immediately by actually talking about what happened and what their feelings/intentions were. For most of the movie, Gabe and Cleo seem like "just friends" who are inwardly fighting their attraction for one another until it finally dawns on them that they are CRAZY for one another.

Thanks, Hallmark, for the continued great work and for keeping them interesting!
