I actually liked this...a lot

I couldn't quite fathom the scathing attacks on this movie but then I thought for a moment. Did it cut a little too close to the bone? Does it's portrayal of predatory gay characters not quite fit into the modernist 'progressive' Britain we are told to believe in. Is the satire a little too blatant in it's portrayal of Jewish financial crookery. Full marks for the art world's ability to take the piss out of themselves but the media I would contend don't like the veil being lifted even for a split second. The response to this movie reminds me a little of the flack idiocracy received on release. The MSM either doesn't get satire anymore or they choose to ignore it. The acting is uniformally top quality and the director did a thorougly professional job with some great set designs.

I heartily recommend this movie for all my fellow cynics out there!
