Who was on the tape?

Who was on the tape that the convenience store guy played while Cuba was passed out on his table?

Secondly, this whole movie is ridiculous. I blame it on the editor, as there is no way on God's green earth that any production company would greenlight a film if it was written the way it came out. The movie makes absolutely no sense.

Did the government kill his girl friend during a torture session for imformation as to where he was?

And the biggest question. How in the hell did the convenience store guy know where a Washington biggie would be? And how did he know it would be the Washington guy that Cuba wanted to kill? And why oh why did he say "What have I done" when he was the one that took him there and he knew Cuba was going to kill him? Or was he saying that for some other reason?

This movie is a muddled mess. My questions will probably just raise other questions. It really was just an awful movie. Not even worth the blank DVD discs that they put it on, and the editor should be shot (not really).
