Handling weapons
I'm assuming they didn't have anyone on the crew who knew how to properly handle a weapon. When they enter the shower looking bad guys area at the beginning, they look like a bunch of kids making a home-made action movie.
shareNot to mention that these are supposed to be highly trained, deadly mercenaries... yet they're carrying old M16-A2 rifles, not the M4 variants that the US military has been using for years. They also don't have any kind of optics or other accessories mounted on their rifles. Optics, rails, lights, grips... all of these are common in the US military. All of it is wrong.
