Why did he get the leg tracking device?

Some questions as to "WTF happened?"


Ok the hit team simply puts a tracking device on his leg and let him go?? Why?

Then for no apparent reason they kill his girlfriend. Why?


The entire story take place in about 25 hours (excluding flashbacks). . .

On New Years Eve. . .

Hero kills "Ace of Spades" (Movie is so cheaply done they can't afford to call him Bin Laden) yet he is able to travel back home on his own before the U.S goverment can learn the news. Huh? Why?

He's captured by assasins who simply give him a tracking device. Why?
Within minutes he spends the eveningentire with his girlfriend, later he beats and tortures another assasin to death. Why?
Assasins torture and kill his girlfriend. Yet hero shows little emotion over it.(only in flashbacks)
He meets storekeeper and kills two more assasins.
Wounded hero falls asleep on sofa and sleeps for 23 hours!
And is healed instantly from a gunshot to the shoulder, so much so he can fist fight with ease.

Yet the Evil Secretary of State (never trust one!) is seen at the White House on New Years Eve and at the Underground Fight Club "the next day" and twice comments that his aid the Black Dude has something better to do on "New Years Eve" which means it's still New Years Eve? Huh?

Girlfriend is killed within a period of well under 24 hours and yet the Blues Singer talks like it happened far in the past.

So somehow the entire story takes place in 25 hours and the hero (and audience) sleeps for 23 hours of it. Huh??
