What was the dialog spoken while on the pedestrian bridge?

The sound mixing made it a little hard to hear exactly what was spoken while they were on the pedestrian bridge (right before the merry-go-round sequence). What was said?

Girl: This is a one night stand.
Boy: It's only been one night. Can't do nothing about that.

"This is a one night stand"

It's only been one night. It is what it is."

Translation:

Jo: I'm starting to like you and I'm conflicted.
Micah: I'm still interested if you are"

she said, "this is a one night stand" and he said "it's only been one night"

"It is what it is" is the last thing Micah says on the bridge before the head to the carousel.

Jo, looking @ Micah: "This is a one night stand."
Micah, looking off at the city scape: "It's only been one night. Can't do nothin' about that."
Micah, not realizing that Jo has walked away: "I mean, it is what it is."

That scene gets me, from the PERFECT choice of music to the way the color gradually comes into the scene, to bring it out of the "dream state" and into reality. And who can't relate to wanting more from a person (relationship wise) but they are either afraid or simply don't want anything from you???
