Ya gotta go with Joker. He's been around longer, has more kills.

Most people are unaware of him.

The Clown Prince of Crime or an intergalactic floating poop monster? Hmm, tough choice.

I'd say it was a tie.

Parallax as he was played here was more a corruption due to a primeval force than truly evil.
