Tom Rack

This was a pretty interesting movie, although my favorite part of it was Tom Rack, who plays Evan. Rack is an actor I've grown to like a lot ever since his performance in If Looks Could Kill, where he mainly acts with his eyes and face since his character only has one line in the entire film.

I'd long wanted to see a movie where he has more of a speaking role, and A Teacher's Crime provided me with this. He sounds a lot like William B. Davis (the Cigarette-Smoking Man on The X-Files). He was only in three scenes but thankfully his character actually had an important role in the plot, especially at the end. The fact the movie itself told a pretty decent story was a nice plus. I kind of expected it to suck, and I don't know why. But I was pleasantly surprised.
