they needed to fill the jugs with blood but they both applied tourniquets beforehand which would limit blood flow thus requiring more arm splitting, why would they do that?
shareIt's a good question. All I can guess is that with the saws, they couldn't determine how much blood the machine would be getting based on those wounds. And the tourniquets were used just in case they started to lose too much?
shareThat's a possibility definitely but upon re reading my post a realisation suddenly struck me: It's Saw V, does it really need to make total and complete sense? And how will my life be affected by not knowing why they took an action that would have hindered more than helped? Answer; In no way whatsoever. So thank you for trying to help SkyFlyer but my desire to know "why?" has abated.
shareHaha, I know what you mean, in the long run, what does it really matter? Maybe the next time we watch it we'll want to know again, but for now, it doesn't seem like such a big thing, a big deal.
