Personally, I don't view beauty as a one-dimensional thing (a.k.a. someone being less or more beautiful than somebody else).

But more like a unicity. All beauty has its own (beholder dependent) form and value, and as such, comparison is meaningless. Many things, ideas and beings have beauty. In hindsight, comparison has never been an addition to our overall experience.

I'm pretty sure this is not what you were looking for. Nevertheless, both our inputs may broaden our experiences and enjoyment of beauty.
