I think they overdid it with this episode. Sure, it happens all the time. Spoilt rich girl who has had all the luxuries of life turns her back on her (generous) family to live with the in-laws in a cramped house. Ahhh! that's young love. In real life it would last about 2 days.

I see where you're coming from, but I actually really enjoyed it. But yeah, in reality it would probably last 2 days - but I still thought it was cute.
Yeah, but it was believable, because the rich father was a prick. He wanted to control her life and her husband's as well. It's not that she didn't like the luxury or anything like that, she was just sick of him and wanted to go away from that. But for what I've noticed in this series they tend to focus on one single character for the whole episode.I liked the idea of the flashback though.
