Missed 16 Sept episode - help needed!

It showed how Nathan and Sammy got together and to the present situation.
They meet at a nightclub, his friends say "she's out of your league" but he proves them wrong because she's so easy that they end up at his place. And stay there all night in a one room studio apartment and the rich girl thinks it's just charming. Anyway she moves in and they have fun 'decorating' the place which takes about 5 minutes. She meets his family at his 'ordinary suburban home' and they all love her. They meet his family at her 'mansion' and her family wonder who this guy is that wants to take their darling daughter away. One night Nathan pulls out a ring and proposes, of course she says 'yes' because she is too dim to realise that it's only a cubic zirconia and he could barely afford that! Anyway both families meet where the Rafters tell them that they had to get married because they didn't want Rachel to be a bastard, very charming! Still her father accepts the inevitable and offers him a job etc, where they can live on easy street. But the dim rich girl who thinks money grows on trees says "no way, I don't want Daddy to control us" and won't let Nathan accept the job. They get to the alter and before they are even out the door his very inconsiderate grandmother drops dead! Her father says "what about the reception, it's already paid for?" She says "oh no we can't have that now" off camera the guests stare daggers at her because they were very much looking forward to eating their lobster mornay!
Well she keeps spending away as before and they max out all the credit cards and are broke. Dim rich girl still doesn't get it and says "we'll just use the new credit card that we just got because it has a 6 month interest free period". He patiently explains it to her "WE ARE BROKE" and she finally gets it. Still they won't go to rich Daddy for help because she doesn't want him to control their lives. They have to move in with the in-laws and share the only bathroom with everyone else.
One day Sammy has had enough of Rachel knocking on the bathroom door, she goes postal and shoots the whole family in a suburban massacre!
OK, I made the last bit up but it's just as improbable as the rest of it.
