Now that Hugh Sheridan is going to be hosting a show on channel 10 does that mean he has left PTTR? So are there no Rafter kids left?

Yes he left. he will appear in season 6 but on;y for a number of episodes.
Nathan will return in season 6 and the producers also try bring back jessica who played rachel.

But, has season 5 actually finished? Since it had only 12 episodes I'd assume it would have another run later. Like they did with season 4. Or was that the end of season 5? Yeah, Hugh has left the show too. He'll only appear in a few episodes next season as a kind of farewell. I wonder if there'll be a 6th season.
