Was MIP always meant to be the series finale?

It seems like they knew it would be the end when they filmed it. I can't imagine them continuing the show with so many changes. Also the name of the show is called True Jackson VP, but she wouldn't be the VP anymore.

That's three quarters! A whole dollar.

That's what I'm wondering

I mean, come on now, max retiring and True owning it?

I think they all wanted a season 3, but with how they knew how Nick was treating this show in it's final few episodes of season 2, they had no choice but to sort of rush to a series finale to end things. If Nick wasn't so far up Dan Schneider's nose, they would have treated this show with some respect.

I heard they canceled it because Keke wouldn't sign with their record label.

Poweranimal I believe that is why they started to push her aside because she did not want a kiddie Nickelodeon record deal, she is a real singer which people will find out when they see her singing with Dolly Parton in Joyful Noise, she did not want to sing songs like my best friend's brother she did that when she was 12 for Disney on Jump In and those songs were not as bad as the corny songs that the Nick artist are recording, Nick did not create her career she did films before and will just go back not a lot of their other talent has that choice they have to obey Nick or their careers are overTJVP was successful and they cannot take that away
