2014 the year Kendall Schmidt lost

It brings a huge smile to my face that 2014 was the year Kendall Schmidt's hopes and dreams didn't come to fruition. Oh I'm sure Kendall Schmidt smugly telling his buddies and family he had a great year but it's nonsense.

Heffron Drive is still a band toiling in obscurity. Tollbooth records to my knowledge is a non-entity. He's performed all over the place and has not much to show for it.

In the meantime Avici broke out with " Wake Me Up." Sam Smith surged with " Stay with Me" and " I'm Not The Only One." And Hozier catapulted out of nowhere with " Take Me to Church."

All of them are great songs and the bonus for me is that these guys are hitting it big and conceited Kendall Schmidt is stuck in neutral. It couldn't happen to a more deserving person. When you're a vindictive person like Kendall who plots to sabotage other people you reap what you sow.

(When Teen asked, "So you can say you had a hand in making One Direction what it is today!," Kendall answered, "I almost had a hand in not having them open for us, that's for sure. I tried my best. It was frustrating!" ( Cambio, Wendy Michaels, August 29 2014)

Just as Kendall detests One Direction, he must absolutely detest Sam Smith, Avici, and Hozier and that's absolutely pleasant. Time will tell if they're more than a flash in the pan but for now they're riding high and Kendall Schmidt and his smirking ego will have to deal with it.

You lost Kendall. You lost. You lost. You lost!! It can't be emphasized enough. You lost.

Heffron Drive has been around since years before Big Time Rush and still hasn't gained much foothold in the mainstream. I don't really expect it to now. It's kinda sad to see the entire band just fall into obscurity so soon after the show ended - usually you'd expect at least one of them to remain relevant. I've been following all four on social media and Kendall's the only one who ever posts anything (James posts stuff from time to time, but he's become way less active since his gig on Dancing with the Stars ended).

I saw Heffron Drive perform at House of Blues in Anaheim, CA in September. I really enjoyed it, but the concert was not sold out. The venue was about a 1/4 full. They were actually giving tickets away via Twitter contest. Even though I bought tickets in advance, I won more tickets via the Twitter contest.

Kendall was also on Home & Family on the Hallmark Channel in December 2014 to promote his single, "Blame It on the Mistletoe."

Heffron Drive is also releasing an acoustic version of their album, "Happy Mistakes," in April and I will be at the launch party/concert on April 30 in L.A.

Really no. I mean what did you expect for Kendall in his career. Big Time Rush was a TV show gimmick that actually worked as a band for a while to move some product. Considering all the aspiring singers etc. who work and never move from County Fairs and midsize bars he has won.

Yeah no kidding. OP's post sounds ridiculously bitter and personal. I'm pretty sure Kendall is doing just fine...

Yeah it happens with Kendall Heffron drive. Well yeah but they were so intertwined with Nick once the tv show ended thats when the band ended. They couldnt separate the two.

No I didnt expect one of them to remain relevant. Look at M.A.S.H, One Day at a Time and Head of the Class. It just happens. There hot on day and cold the next. Carlos twits stuff but again they have to find there foot hold again since Big Time Rush is finished

yeah but its not how many tickets are sold its more of what are they DOING NOW

Being in there type of business its like a roller coaster. I am sure if they get into a tv show or movie there status will grow again.
