Why did she kill the band people at the end?

I never understood that part.

reply

Me neither, but I didn't see the whole movie, must be something I missed.
Answers anyone?

BTW, did anybody notice Lance Henreksin as the driver at the end? I thought it was a nice cameo by him.

reply

Yeah, you nailed it across the boards. I only caught the last 20 minutes -- starting just before the dance -- and from what I saw it seemed like the band was responsible for "changing" Jennifer and in a larger sense for the dominos that fell from that.

That bit in the hotel room (the pics) was may favorite part. Mercifully dialogue free.

reply

She avenged her, not revenged.

reply

UM BECAUSE THEY RUINED HER LIFE.THEY WERE THE CAUSE OF EVERYTHING.NOT HARD TO FIGURE OUT.

reply

Yeah dude it's easy to see. The movie isn't bad, but not a big deal in the horror franchise.

reply

Revenge for her boyfriend and Jennifer being killed.

I know I'm a vampire, Snookie.

reply

And the band also added some big insult to injury by playing that song dedicated to Jennifer at the dance with the lyrics "You're not coming back but I'm still breathing now" (or something like that). That would piss anybody off.

Btw, I was checking out some of the songs on the soundtrack and noticed Low Shoulder's songs were written and performed by Ryan Levine (the drummer) hence the reason Maroon 5 was probably brought up in the movie. What makes it pretty funny is there's no relation between him and Adam Levine ha!

reply

because they turned her best friend into a killing demon

'i kill people i like it' damon salvatore

reply

That was the most obvious part. Why would she not kill them? They are the reason for her best friend being turned and her boyfriend being dead.

The question is why didn't Jennifer kill them? I get that the demon may have been happy that they kind of freed it (putting it in Jennifer's body) but I was really hoping she would get her revenge for sh-ts and giggles.

I'm glad Needy did it for her, but I would have preferred Jennifer getting back at them.

reply

I would have preferred SEEING it happen, seeing either Jennifer or Needy confronting the boys and saying, "Want to see your creation?" then opening that lamprey mouth and MAULING those monsters.

reply

I agree with this. Even right from the start of it all, you would think Needy would've wanted revenge and possibly talked Jennifer into it. Or at least tried.

Ghost Face: "That's OK, I am"

Is the OP just a troll spoiling the ending for everyone? In which case why is he or she getting so many serious replies?

Awight we're The Daamned we're a punk baand and this is called Carn't Be Appy T'day!

reply

Seems serious.

But, yeah OP should probably have used the spoiler alerts.

People have been slacking on that. The movie is two years old, so maybe they figure everyone has seen it.

"I think it's time to see Amanda sticking guns in people's faces."

Personally, I never come to a board until I've seen the movie. This title contains so much (crucial) information though, it seems to be a deliberate attempt to spoil.

1. people should only come to a board if they saw it, or it isn't out yet. that's my rule for myself. not sure what the point even is to come to a board for a movie that's out but you haven't seen yet. you ask me, people deserve to be spoiled if they do that

2. unless you didn't see the whole movie, I don't get how anyone could NOT know why they were killed. It was pretty freaking obvious. So obvious that even if you watched this movie in a foreign language with no subtitles, I think you would still be able to figure it out.

3. I wish the killing of the band had happened in a long drawn out like 10 minute or more scene. I wanted to see them getting slaughtered. And I wanted to see Needy in action some more. ****, I just want to see more Needy. She deserves a sequel

Maybe because the OP knows that nobody can take this flick seriously enough to give a damn about spoilers. I, for one, felt it was just more needless gore tacked on to the end of a poorly-crafted monstrosity of a movie.

Wah? Were they two versions of the movie?
The band were evil *beep* who *beep* up her friend and burned down the bar, and deserved to die. I thought that was pretty clear.
