The movie is based on his song Flying By on the Home at Last CD and they are currently fiming in San Diego. I live in San Diego and heard on a radio interview that they are fiilming not far from where I live. I also know someone who works on the set of Flying By and I might get to go. If I get any more info, I'll let you know.
Also, it says rumored next Billy Ray Cyrus's name, but it's not, it's confirmed.
I can't wait. I'm a huge fan of his.
I recently went to Miley's concert in San Diego and after it I found out he was there because he was filming this movie.
