I'm curious if this film will be released to theatres. Reading the description, it's the kind of film that would air on Lifetime or Hallmark, and in no way whatsoever do I mean to be insulting. Both networks produce excellent movies.

It just might air on Disney come to think of it. Makes the most sense.
Of course, if it's anywhere near a serious drama, it'll air on the ones you said. But it just doesn't seem like it would be.
