error? (Tappan Zee Bridge)

We see a bridge from underneath after we pass Indian Point (and before Hastings) but way before we get closer to NYC. The only bridge before the George Washington bridge going south from Indian Point is the Tappan Zee. The Tappan Zee isn't a two level suspension bridge as we see in the movie. I am thinking they cut in the a shot of a bottom of a bridge, which could be any bridge but it isn't the Tappan Zee.

The bridge shown is definitely the George Washington bridge. My husband recognized it right away. They might have been trying to pass it off as the Tappan Zee, since the TZ is located north of Hastings. The alternative is that they put the shot of the bridge there because it fit the serene pace of the movie at the moment, not thinking that those of us familiar with the area would notice.

You do see the Tap earlier, before the Indian Point scene, but I think all you see is the underside and it passes quickly.

From the level of thought put into the movie, I think the last thing anyone was expected to notice was the order of the bridges :-)
