with the country, or because I can be a moron:

The film is set in a post office, but they keep talking about robbing a bank, Van Damme went there to get money, etc. So are post offices and banks the same thing (at least some of the time) in Belgium?

I can't remember them talking about robbing a bank, but I think he was expecting to receive money, not to withdraw it.

In Belgium post offices are frequently also a bank.

It's the same in France, "La Poste" is at the same time the national post office company, a bank and an internet/cell phone company !
