Magpul Aerial Platform vid @ beginning

Was I the only one that noticed they used clips from the Magpul video where they cover firing from helicopters and such? You can see Travis Haley firing his M14(with some spec stock) off of the rope 45 seconds into the opening credits....a lot of the other random desert chopper scenes are from that same video, as well as most of the Barrett .50 cal shots with the Aimpoints mounted....wonder if they got permission to use it from Magpul.....
