THINGS TO LOOK FOR THAT MAKE MORE SENSE THE SECOND TIME AROUND:

Fear of water (on ferry)
Loose fitting detective clothes (due to weight loss on Island)
Meeting partner during ferry ride.
Forehead band-aid (from fight with Noyce)
Lack of luggage.
Guards on edge when they dock.
Teddy recognize electrified fence.
The guns handover.
Teddy's attitude toward Cawley's coddling of "criminals".
Chuck frequent glances to Cawley after Teddy talks.
Rachel's psychosis story (mirrors Andrew's).
Guards lazily looking for Rachel on the rocks.
Mens shoes in Rachel's closet.
Quickly finding the law of 4 note.
Orderlies on edge when Teddy confronts Glen Miga.
Nurses' boredom while being interrogated.
Nurse Marino (and later patient Kearns) glances at Chuck after discussing Dr. Sheehan with Teddy.
Sheehan allowed to leave for vacation with patient missing.
Naerhing's prescience about Teddy: "outstanding defense mechanisms."
Naerhing's prescience about Teddy: Men of violence.
Naerhing's prescience about Teddy: References to alcoholism.

The guns handover … if you watch the guards behind them, they look at Teddy in a very uneasy manner

When they’re getting the story from one of the women (I think the one who writes “Run” on a piece of paper), she remarks that one of the doctors is really handsome (or something). You can see Teddy’s partner smile because he knows she is talking about him
