This is one bizarre limited series...will make your blood boil, too....

Well, if one thinks he or she knows all about Henry Lee Lucas, this limited series will clear that up.

Next, it will also make your blood boil over the insistence of those in law enforcement and their refusal to be skeptical of many of his confessions. Even when there is direct evidence proving his confessions in particular cases were completely fabricated (and even criminally so by investigators).

Is this one of those docuseries that stretches 2 hours' worth of information into 10? It looks interesting but I don't want to watch it if that's the case.

reply

I didn't think so. I am quite familiar with Lucas' history and the documentary contained information I was not aware of. It also had some interesting twists to it. It's not that long to watch over a few nights.

reply

Thank you! I see that it's not 10 episodes like I thought and your input settles it. I'm going to watch!

reply

Absolutely agree !

For someone who doesn't really know the Lucas story the take away feeling from his story is how utterly appalling those Texas rangers handled the entire case ! They should be ashamed of how their predecessors let the victims families down !

reply

What really irked me about those detectives was that AFTER they were proven wrong, they still refused to admit their errors and to this day refuse to acknowledge they were wrong.

reply

Exactly ! Shame on them !
