ONE OF THE WORST MOVIES I'VE EVER SEEN!!!

This has to be on the top five list of the worst movies I've ever seen, right next to Ocean's Thirteen. While I enjoy some of Soderbergh's other films, he only bats about 500 for me. I thought this movie was dumb, had no redeeming value, and was a waste of my time. Thank goodness I watched it on TV and didn't have to contribute money to his production company directly. As a director, I believe he is WAY overrated. I was pretty bored with his latest Liberace screw-fest, too.

I completely agree with you. While watching this movie I just kept wondering what it was actually about. It's very dull movie, nothing exciting happens, nothing interesting happens. The plot was too complicated. This movie sucks harder than a 14 year old Thai hooker.

While I thought it was horrible, I can't say that it was among the worst. I will say that it felt physically painful trying to watch it. So did Syriana & Duplicity.

the idiot director can't tell the difference between art and science, a movie and a documentary, many of his movies are just crappy documentaries.

I did not think it was bad, but I also did not enjoy it that much...... started off good and interesting, but then about 2/3 of the way through I just got completely lost what was actually happening, only to find myself getting back into it at the last minute.

The movie does have Soderbergh Ocean's style feel in places (it reminded me somewhat of Oceans 13) but without the twists and curve ball's to keep you hooked..... there was one or two moments where sudden their was a rather amusing twist, but then towards the end and all the bits of the story started to come together I started thinking "that is not something you should be making a joke about".

I watched about half, and my uppermost thought was "what is Matt Damon doing in this stupid movie?" I wasn't interested enough to finish it.
