What was in Miley's mouth toward the end of the show?

Does anyone know what I'm talking about? When that girl was trying to soothe her and she opened her mouth up to wail, and there was a big yellowish something in her mouth. WTF was it??

it was a pacifier i wondered that too at first but then when she positions her it starts to straighten into the correct position

Actually, I believe it was one of those Gerber pin-wheels. My daughter used to eat them. They are pretty big and she must have put the whole thing in her mouth.
