Imagine if they had to live in reality?

This show is supposed to show what it is like to start a family but then they give these young couples great big beautiful homes to live in as well as all the accessories.

I imagine the REAL couples (the older ones suppling the babies) never started out with all that crap. They actually had to live on a budget I'm sure so this "experiment" isn't even very accurate.

But I guess showing them living in squalor with the babies eating lead paint chips and cockroaches wouldn't go over very well with the agencies that monitor the safety of children.

the homes weren't actually that big.
was i the only person that noticed that they were more like condos, with one couple on each half of the house?!?

They are having so much trouble with everything prefect to start out. It kind of send a message that this isn't playing house.
