This isn't going to primarily be a romance movie is it?

shareNot really. I wish it had been but it really just went through the process of how she became famous and went through the milestones.
shareActually I think it spent too much time on her romantic life and didn't go in depth enough into the reason to see the film, her aviation accomplishments. Didn't help that it was slow, boring and mildly depressing. The film up to the conclusion should've been a celebration of her achievements. Not really much technical about aviation either. The reason I knew I was watching a movie about it was because a) Swank kept reminding me she loved flying and b) there were planes in it.
