How do you beat him? I blow up barrels around him i shoot him with everything. I cant really get a good shot on him with that big rocket gun because i always die. f_cking dinosaurs..... what do i do??

Shoot flares to distract him. Shoot him over and over. I just circle the crate where the RPG is, and just continue shooting him after I shoot a flare.
shareheres what i did. first of all, always aim for the face. it helps if you have exploding arrows, if you do, use them at the beggining. go grab the shotgun to your left and grab the ammo. circle the box until the T-Rex gets turned around between the wall and the box, then dart to the center of the map, grab the sticky gun first. empty it on him while circling the box. when you are out of ammo head to the rpgs. use all of them. make sure they hit. after all that, she should be only a few shotgun rounds away from falling. when she does, run up and knife her. here are some other tips:
1) watch out for the lava, it can be more deadly than you think
2) dont bother with the rocket turrets, they do damage, but make you a sitting duck.
3) if you are in a bind, shoot a flare to the side of the trex to distract it. flares can buy you time.
