THIS is the girl he decides to have a relationship with?

Out of the gate, let me say I have no problems with her red hair and freckles, as I'm a "soulless ginger" myself with freckles galore.

But after the little stunt with the ecstasy, really, Frank? This is the party girl you want to date, after 2 movies' worth of telling the audience you don't like complicated? I feel like Tarconi would be inwardly groaning when Frank tells him Valentina will be joining them for their afternoon of fishing.

Furthermore, I realize something had to happen to provide the impetus to get the two of them in the back seat, but I don't believe Frank would've played her little striptease game. I feel like he would've (rather easily) grabbed her, yanked the key from her hand and thrown her in the back seat.

But, whatever.

Reminds me of Tea Leoni in Bad Boys.

I'm like, what????

reply

I was scratching my head too. So un-Frank like!

That strip-tease for the keys. P-u-h-leeese!

And where have all the Transporter rules gone?

I spent the whole movie waiting for him to lock her in the trunk.

I wished he had. Out of sight, out of mind!

The problem is not the chick (altho she was horrible), the problem is complete bastardization of Frank's character.

Yes, the Transporter is not the most deep character out there in the cinema, but he had some DEFINING CHARACTERISTICS, one of which was that he wouldn't take *beep* from stupid people. Now, he gladly does.

Yes like I posted earlier, "Where have all the character defining Transporter Commandments gone?"

VERY rapey. The Valentina character is a stupid, disgusting, selfish, vile ill-behaved skank. I don't mind the actress' looks, I DO mind poorly written awful characters that are supposed to be "good" but that turns ones stomach due to them being completely insufferable spoiled brats. I kept hoping and wishing for that characters horrible, painful death. Especially after her peeing on the shop-floor. Appalling. I felt it completely out of character for Frank to put his penis in that.

reply

Yup. Completely agree. Does not make sense, does not seem consistent with Frank's character. Especially in the context where she's been an immature *beep*hole through the majority of the movie. One of the many things that makes this such a disappointing sequel.

^^Also yes.

She comes off as your typical spoiled rich Eastern Slavic girl whose parents are in a high position of power or wealth because they are in some tycoon in business industries. There are so many Eastern Slavic girls they could pick and they pick the the one with the red hair and freckles. I thought she had a herpes sore on her lip from all the guys she was partying up with.
