For me it was when that guy got his penis cut off!!! They were all really gruesome but that one just blew me away. I didn't expect it at all. Anyone else think of Lorena Bobbit during that scene??

Yeah, the guy having his erect penis cut off by the killer was definitely the most painful and shocking murder in the film. Moreover, the girl who gets drenched with gasoline and set on fire was pretty nasty as well.
