Sexual Abuse?

**** SPOILERS*****

During the movie we see plenty of abusing, mental and physical but I wasn't sure the kids was sexual abused until the end when Dad enter Lena's room dress like a woman and lifted up the he's dress showing "the thing"... at that point I wasn't sure if they abused the other "adopted children"... anyone?

I think when Lena first meets the real daughter upstairs (the one that is almost a vegetable) the daughter says 'Daddy?' thinking it's her dad in the room and begins to lift her night dress, so think it implies he regularly sexually abuses her.

That part really grossed me out!
