God, the inmates on this show are pathetic

The drunks are the absolute worst. I've never seen a bigger group of pathetic losers.

How about the prison guards? Bullies who have so little self-esteem they have to take a job where they yell and beat people who are in handcuffs. Huge losers.

Honestly, The inmates aren't even yelling(They are just voicing an opinion)and the Jailers are talking back to them about how bad an attitude they have. How pathetic.

I agree with grabacontroller-24-484153 , the "officers" in the jail, are complete assh*les, no matter what happens their fragile egos get hurt when one person drunk or not, does not want to cooperate with them the instant they tell the person to do something.

What gets my blood boiling is that the arrested, are mirandized in the field and this show gets them to self incriminate for a tv show. where are their rights NOT to be filmed on the tv show or enticed to "blow up at someone" so the show can get good ratings.

I watch the show only so I see how people are treated in the jail, so next time that jury summons comes in the mail, I will go and vote "NOT GUILTY" !

When you are in jail or arrested, I think you lose most of your rights. This may not be true; however, think about it.

1.) You have a right to remain silent

2.) You can choose to have a lawyer represent you and talk on your behalf.

So really, this show CAN be taping them for this scenario. Additionally, if you watch the Jail episodes (another show that seems to be a spin off of this), they have to fill out forms. I bet those forms force them to be filmed and/or may have integrated liability waivers to be filmed, within them.

Better watch out, better start crying. Better hurry up, run and hide. Krampus is coming to town! >:)

Frederick you don't have an f-ing clue. If anything the guards shown on this show are WAY too nice to the inmates. I was very surprised at how kind they tried to be to those drunk/drugged up losers when I saw a "Jail" episode for the first time.

What gets me it how many of the losers start whining and crying like toddlers that they're being "hurt" when the guards are just trying to get them processed.

Mrtron81, I get the point they are drunk, are they losers? Not all of em! I would like for you to go to the nearest bar, have fun and drink. Then due to the alcohol effects, you cant tell when you should stop drinking so you drink more. Since it is legal to drink, go for it. But dont dare let the alcohol effects get the better of you, you legally drank in public, but once you become drunk in public, you will be the next loser on Jail !

It is legal to drink, but NOT be drunk in public, so why drink.

It is illegal to drink and get drunk and drive, BUT it is also illegal (if caught) to drink get drunk and WALK home. (Drunk in public)

IF you go out to drink and obviously will get drunk from the effects of legally drinking. and U have set up a Designated Driver, someone that agrees to be responsible for you, so u can drink and have fun. IF that person FAILS, to protect you while drunk, you are the only one on the line. U drive (since ur not in ur right mind anyway) u get a DUI and probably wont remember driving. OR u walk home and randomly get caught "drunk in public" ur on the line not the person that AGREED to take responsiblity. AND after the fact, do you remotely think the person that AGREED to take respondsibility for you would admit it in a court of law ??? Hell NO.

You're an idiot.
If you can't control your alcohol, do us a favor, and don't drink. It is morons like you that ruin it for everyone

I've been drinking for years, and I have never had a DUI or a fight in a bar, or public intoxication. Why? BECAUSE I CAN HANDLE MY LIQUOR, MORON.

If you really want to get drunk, do it at your house with your wife, a few friends, etc
