as COPS.

It's just a whole different world. For one, the jailbirds are usually interesting unlike COPS where most of the time it's just a dude lying about something then getting arrested after the cops realize he is lying. Or it's a short car chase and the dude is arrested. Sorry but after twenty years that's boring.

On this JAIL show you see so many interesting and diverse characters.

I think this show needs to be on a bigger network than the sorry-ass "My 20" channel, and they need to lose the retarded rapper theme song.

This show could be truly awesome and I know it's from the same producers as COPS so what are they thinking by watering it down with background music and a rap intro.

Is "Jail" real? I always thought it was, until I saw former child actor Evan Lockwood being brought in on drunk charges. I looked at his bio, under plot:

It says he "played a drunken fool". Is the show real or not?

Was OJ Simpson in anything he acted in? Did he even get a chance to act? Maybe because this guy WAS an actor and accepted that he WOULD be on the show, he decided to put it on his credit to pad his resume. You never know. I do not know why someone would, who is an actor; however, I do not think a crime takes him away from being an actor. In fact, there are many criminals that end up BEING actors because no other job will accept them.

Yeah. You would be surprised. Most actors/actresses were once social outcasts or people that did not feel they were accepted by society. So I guess psychologically wise, you always crave attention and voila, you become one. Of course, there are other reasons why someone may want to be an actor; however, many of them you will hear them say, that they were frightened at public speaking, or shy.
