Sometimes The Whammer sounds like him, sometimes he doesn't but I would be interested to know- If my daughter is going to make me play him I would like some background info... anyone have any idea? Oh and by the way my favorite word(s) is "cellar door"

Sounds to me like either Michael Keaton or John C McGinley. All I know is it's one cartoon that I can watch with my son and actually enjoy it!
