Song 'Henery the 8th I Am'

I was really surprised to hear the men start singing this song when they were in the bathtub. Now I am even more surprised to find out that this song was written in 1910 and was an old "Drinking" song from England. BTW-I spelled Henerey the same way the original composer wrote it. Herman's Hermits also substituted the name William in place of Willie for the sake of cleaning it up a bit as willie is slang for a male body part. How many other songs out there were written before they were revived in the 50's or later and re-released as hits?
