who the actor is who played Isabelle's husband? As far as I can tell his character and name are not in the cast credits and if I am correct then that's a serious oversight.

He isn't listed on IMDB, but I think he must be in the actual credits to the movie. The glitch with IMDB might be because he wasn't in Part II, and so he was erroneously thought to be a minor character.

I thought he was fantastic.

Strangely, the main Birdsong page doesn't mention his character but the two episodes also have separate IMDB pages - click on the "1" of Season: 1, near the top of the "plenary" page to get to the separate episode listings and he's listed in the 1st episode as Laurent Lafitte.

thanks LachieM, with your guidance I found it. It was not on the main page cast credits, which I kept bumping up against at first.
