What is happening? I just started watching this show on youtube (onto episode 8 now) and it is brilliant. Pretty ironic no one is here...

I agree, this is a fantastic little show.
I think alot of the reason is everyone outside America has been locked out of the YouTube and MySpace pages, not sure why...
But you can Podcast the whole thing, two weeks ahead of the Yanks, at;

Luckily I'm in Australia, and thus can watch the episodes sooner then the Americans, despite it being an American series. They should of made it so every country can see the same episode on the same night/time (7pm each weeknight in Australia's EST is when the next episode gets released). This silly thing where come countries are ahead of others is just... well like I said, silly. Maybe people can alter all their settings so the computer thinks it is in Australia and trick the internet into giving you the episodes when Australia gets ours.

That is the website I go to for it, using the interactive map which is pretty cool as you can see where he is in relation to the rest of the country.

im not a sci-fi fan so maybe thats why its just to obscure for my taste. ??

The Sci-fi is a bit of a misnomer. Like 'last man' the science was used for an effect. It's the story of one man, and his travel across America trying to find his family, and coming to grips with the new reality, and his place in the universe. Can one man make a diffence?
(I'd love to say much more, but I think it might give away the story)
Stick with it follow it through. Thats my only suggestion. let me know after you've seen all 130 eps
I agree, im watching it on channel 4 at silly o clock in the morning and it really is an awesome series so far. Does it really have 130 25 minute episodes? if soo im a verry happy guy right now! as ive only seen two of them and they were great. I hope channel 4 keep showing them and more people learn about this gem of a show, il definately be spreading the word.
shareThis programme reminds me of cut scenes in video games. It's strange to see a story being told on TV through animated still images.

And hey, I do love Canada, because I can watch the episodes on their page even though I am living in Germany. I can't get access to the US and UK websites to watch the series.
I just watched two episodes so far and I wanna see the next 128 eps.
