New Web Series: H+ Similar to Afterworld

A few weeks back I saw this being promoted on Google+. After watching it, I have to wonder if the people behind this ever saw Afterworld. They even have the similar original method of new episodes every Wednesday. (I don't typically watch web series, so I don't know if that is the norm)

This is a live action series and rather than focusing on a central character, it focuses on many characters jumping between them and different times before or after an event that kills nearly everyone on the planet. Nanotech, intrigue, good vs. evil, are all present just as they were in Afterworld. If you liked Afterworld, you just might like this.

NOTE: The main reason I came here was that I was looking to see if both series shared any writers, producers or directors, and amazingly I see there is no connection.
