Those bangs


During half the movie, McAdams wore bangs that hung in her eyes. That always bugs me when I see that, to the point that I fixate on them, such as: How can any woman stand having her hair hanging in her eyes like that. Even Harrison Ford derided them in one scene. "Those bangs," he sneered.

Did you notice at the end her hair was perfect and the bangs were no longer flopping in her eyes? So the bangs were a device that shows her character development from a dizzy, raw talent into a confident, sophisticated professional.
