Yes many they do - in London and the surrounding area. Clarke was NOT going over the top - he was making it as real and as raw as possible.
Move in particular circles and that's all you'll hear.

most slang comes up from the south of london...i think thats because thats where theres more youth crime e.g knife/guns...

it entirely depends which circles you move in, but definitely a lot of young people and even those who grew up using slang like this still use it.
i'm not from london, and i'm about as "white" as you can get, so i didn't know a lot of the slang till i moved here (although some does trickle out into other areas of england... but much later lol). however if you're around the right people, slang like this is all you will hear. it's not "hell" either unless you have no idea what it means or genuinely just can't abide it.
Its totally how they speak take it from me lol, you get on a bus in london and you will hear people talk just like this.

Only inner city scum talk anything like this in the UK. In this instance its an immigrant community thing. What you dont understand is that London is heavily ghetto-ised racially and economically and that culture stems from that.
Everyone who speaks like this should be systematically rounded up and put down. They are never, ever going to be of any use whatsoever to anyone or anything in this country, totally absorbed as they are only in their own childish pathetic little world of sex and violence.
