Worst film I've ever seen...

Acting terrible, story line obvious and not believable. I'd have been better off spending my £3.95 at blockbuster buying a tub of icecream. I can honestly say that this was the first film I have ever turned off with 20 mins to go...

Yep, very bad film.. waste of £3.95, even in HD it looked cr@p.

Lol you know how movies have tag lines and quotes from favourable reviews. It would be funny if this film said:

I thought the first one wasn't that good but after watching the second one I thought it improved on the first one. I thought it dealt with some tough issues well and (most of) the acting was good. I think you just have to try to take the events with a pinch of salt and appreciate the rest... and ignore the annoying accents that most of the cast have. U get me blad brrrrrrep.

Anyway, ice cream costs £4.49 at Blocky's so tough.

quite concerning the way people are quick to criticise the way a particular group of people talk when they cant relate. "U get me blad brrrrrep". firstly, i appreciate that you have an open mind, and have respect enough for the art of film not to switch it off after the first 20 minutes like the ADD instigator of this post. I grew up exactly where this film is set, so sorry if i sound like I'm taking this a bit personal. It is a very real portrait of what life is like in this particular part of London that only someone who has grown up in this area could write. Ive met or known a person exactly like everyone of the characters Clarke portrays in this film. so much for the comments about the realism of the film, but you know what they say even the truth sometimes seems fake. Secondly this was a very strong attempt at writing and first time directing by the young noel Clarke which i think is an outstanding achievement considering it went to number 1 in the British box office charts. you hate it so much direct something better yourself. Thirdly lets not get into disrespecting and criticising the way people talk. only those who think they're better than others think ridicule is a necessary form of criticism. its funny you don't find the youths that speak this way listening to someone from Kent,Windsor or Richmond and saying i cant get past the annoying accents of these people. spiffing old bean that smoking jacket is just so decadent what, what". just to clarify its "U get me BLUD BRRRRAP" lets do it properly. But this is IMDB this is what its here for to voice opinions and you are totally free to do so. lets just not get into degrading certain aspects of our society because you don't understand it.
but again this is one guy talking.

ValouriousVisitation has got it spot on.
I say fair shout that a British film is as good as this, all of you lot giving this movie bad reviews, yeh fine just quit being so opinionated, and maybe read about more into a film and what its gonna be about before you start whining about wasted money. British Films just like Adulthood show a very real representation of what life is like for kids growing up in areas such as London. Adulthood is a little something different, an amazing change American movies, which are becoming increasingly predictable.

If you think this is the worst film you've ever seen, then you haven't seen a bad film yet.

You Idiot, thats the most exggerated statement i have ever heard. This was NOT as bad as youve made out. You clearly have no knowledge of movies or london life.

Now i have a machine gun Ho-Ho-Ho

I really can't understand how anybody can accuse this film of being a bad film, let alone the "worst they've ever seen". I honestly wonder how many films the topic starter has actually seen in their lifetime, as this film comes nowhere near being a "bad" film.

I was actually very impressed. I think Noel Clarke did a brilliant job in his writing, directing *and* acting. I feel like the film as a whole is a pretty accurate representation of what some parts of London can be like.

I don't think all the actors/actresses in this film were amazing, however I feel credit was due to Noel Clarke, Scarlett Johnson (Lexi), and Adam Deacon (Jay), who all did wonderful jobs at portraying very frightened yet fierce characters.

I was impressed.
