Help, I've been modded!

I clicked on Team deathmatch to join a game in the normal fashion and during the game multicoloured writing started to appear on screen saying things like 'Tnxs Team Tier Modded' and 'All Challenges Complete', 'All Weapons and Gold Weapons Unlocked'. When the game ends I check on the challenges, weapons etc and indeed everything is complete and all weapons unlocked.

I am gutted!!!

I had a whole number of guns on 148/150 so I was stacking up 1000's points to help in the prestiege quest. Now it is all ruined! Can I be unmodded or is my system now corrupt?

GGRRRRRRRrrrr!!!!!! I'm not very happy (seriously angry)

If this can be fixed or I can get past it, what happens if I see those messages again in a game - exit immediately, switch of console, pray?

Do you perhaps know, if I continue with the 1st prestiege to level 55 then click to go to 2nd presteige will everything be reset to start that level from scratch or do you know if once modded you stay modded for ever?
