Hard to Watch

I've been an Andy Griffith fan since "A Face in the Crowd" and thru all the years he played Andy Taylor. Every day, even now, I watch an episode of the old Andy Griffith show. I have the entire series on DVD. It is hard to watch him as an old man. He still has some of the mannerisms and facial expressions, but I noticed years ago after his illness, he was not aging well, and I feel so sad to see him as he is today. I really like him, and wish he would have retired with dignity and left us with the memory of the way he was.

He was the only good part of the movie. Well not the only good part. Doris Roberts was really good and so was Liz Sheridan.

I thought it was great to see him act again! Some people don't age well, not that I think he didn't, and it doesn't mean that we have to stop living! Seeing how he was eighty-two when the movie was made, I think he did pretty good! I've always wondered if he was still working, I'm glad he is still able to.
